1. Cookies and browser storage
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser and that is sent back with later requests. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works similarly but stays on your device: it is read by the page itself and is not sent with requests. This policy covers both.
2. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It runs in Google's Consent Mode:
- Before you choose, Google Analytics receives measurements without cookies. Nothing is stored on your device to recognise you.
- If you choose Allow, these cookies are set:

- If you choose Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, your browser stops sending analytics to Google and no analytics cookies are set.
What we measure, and what we never send to Google (anything you type, your name or your email address), is described in our Privacy Policy. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are off.
3. Browser storage that makes the site work
These items are strictly needed for features you use, or remember a choice you made. They are not used for advertising.

4. Other third parties
Our fonts and images are served from our own server. Links to other sites (such as publiso.io or our social media pages) set their own cookies only once you visit them, under their own policies.
5. How to control them
- The choice at the top of this page switches analytics cookies on or off at any time.
- Start over in the agent's console deletes your conversation from your browser.
- Your browser settings let you block cookies and clear this site's data, which removes everything listed here. The site keeps working; the agent just will not remember a conversation.
- Global Privacy Control, if your browser sends it, is honoured as Decline.
- Google offers a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics on every site.
6. Changes
If we add or change a cookie or storage item, we update this list and the date above, and we ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
